Getting there. Many hotels offer airport transfers. Taxis wait at level G, terminal 3, and the fare to the Gallery Haifa Hotel is around 300 NIS. Fares are higher at night. Sheruts (shared taxis) have fixed rates per passenger. Visitors are advised to use registered taxis only. The number 5 bus runs between the airport and Airport City terminal; buses are available from here to Haifa, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv. Trains run from terminal 3 to Tel Avivs central station, Akko, Nahariva, and Haifa. Single tickets cost 12 NIS to Tel Aviv and 35 NIS to Haifa. Prices are all subject to change.

Tel Aviv city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot.
