Location. Hotel del Faro is situated on the Apulian coast of Gargano, at the end of the bay of Pugnochiuso in Vieste, Italy. The beach is 400 metres from the hotel, and the Marine Grottos are two kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Set in a panoramic position and surrounded by the National Park of Gargano, Hotel del Faro offers shuttle bus services to two beaches, where guests can rent umbrellas or sunloungers and moor boats for exploring more of the surrounding waters. An Olympic size pool and a seawater pool are available for guests use, and cocktails are served next to the pools.
A complimentary American breakfast is available. The full board rate includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant overlooking the bay of Pugnochiuso and the cliff of Portopiatto. Distance to Hotel del Faro is 140 kilometres, approximately 150 minutes drive.
Getting there. Hiring a car is the easiest way to reach the hotel. On request, the hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Bus number 16 departs every 50 minutes from the airport to Bari city centre. A bus runs to Bari central railway station according to flight schedules. From Bari, trains depart for Foggia. In July and August, buses connect Foggia with Pugnochiuso.
Getting around. Getting around the main towns and cities in the Puglia region is fairly easy by public transport. Vieste is compact and easily explored by foot. A car is necessary to explore further afield.

Take the A14 motorway and exit at Foggia.
Follow the indications for Manfredonia, Mattinata, and then in the direction of Peschici Vieste.
