Getting there. The hotel provides a free shuttle service running between the airport and the hotel every half an hour up until 10.30 p.m. Both airport terminals are connected to the metro system, which runs to the city centre. Single tickets cost approximately 1 TRY. The closest metro station is located 100 metres away from the hotel. Taxis wait outside Arrivals; fixed prices are in place and the fare to the hotel should be approximately 4 EUR. At night, there is a 50 per cent surcharge. Prices are subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service running between the hotel and city centre three times a day. Istanbuls extensive public transport system includes buses, metros (underground trains), trains, trams, sea buses, and ferries. Tickets can be purchased from main stops, stations, or kiosks prior to boarding. Istanbuls yellow taxis are reasonably priced, but travellers should ensure the meter is used. A cheaper alternative is to use a dolmus (minibus or shared taxi). Driving is not advised for visitors.
