Location. The Albarella Resort extends over 528 hectares on the private island of Albarella, Italy, located in the Po Delta Nature Reserve, 15 kilometres from Rosolina town and train station and 70 kilometres from Venice.
Hotel Features. This exclusive resort is made up of apartments, villas, and terraced houses set in extensive parkland dotted with 150 species of tree. The gently sloping private beach is packed with fine sand. The outdoor swimming pools are surrounded by lawns dotted sun beds and pine trees. From Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE):
Distance to Albarella Resort is 75 kilometres, approximately 65 minutes dri ve.
Getting there. Bus 15 connects the airport with Venice Mestre train station. From here trains run to Rosolina, 15 kilometres from the hotel. Alternatively, airport transfers are offered by the hotel for a fee.
Getting around. The island is five kilometres across and ea sily explored on foot. A car is recommended for discovering further afield; the island is connected to the mainland via a causeway.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the Strada Romea in the direction of Chioggia.
When near Rosolina, follow signs for the island of Albarella.
