Location. Hostal del Sol is located in the village of Sant Feliu de Guixols, on the Costa Brava Spain, one kilometre from the beach and promenade, between SAgaro town centre, two kilometres away, and Platja dAro town centre, 4.5 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Set in a modernist house from the late 19th Century, Hostal del Sol is surrounded by large, manicured gardens with fragrant hydrangeas and ancient palm trees and offering sunloungers and umbrellas. The hotel also features an L shaped pool, with a separate swimming pool available for children.

Distance to Hostal del Sol is 30 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes drive.

Getting there. Buses run from outside of arrivals (exit the building and turn left) to Girona bus station, which is located behind the train station. Buses leave every hour daily. Journey time is about 25 minutes and cost is 1.95 EUR for a single ticket. From Girona, TEISA and SARFA bus companies depart each day for Sant Feliu de Guixols. The journey time is about 30 minutes and cost is 6.50 EUR. Taxis are available from outside the arrivals side of the building. Cost is approximately 40 EUR to Hostal del Sol. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Sant Feliu de Guixols town centre is compact and easily negotiated on foot. Buses connect the town to Girona, Barcelona, and the towns along the Costa Brava. Taxis are readily available on the streets.
