Location. Cidade de Goa is located in Goa, India, on Vainguinim Beach, one kilometer from the National Institute of Oceanography and one and one half kilometers from Dona Paula Jetty.
Hotel Features. Designed to resemble a Portuguese hill hamlet, Cidade de Goa s buildings are a colorful combination of yellow and pink. The resort is tucked among 40 acres of greenery, and the property and grounds include murals, statuary and fountains. The resort offers a freeform beachfront pool lined with palm trees. Club Sande includes Pavitra Spa, a fitness center with personal trainers, fitness classes, spa tubs, saunas and steam rooms. The resort also offers tennis courts, water sports, basketball, volleyball, bird watching and cruises. The resort s poolside caf� serves Goan and Indian cuisine, and a second restaurant offers buffets featuring international cuisine. The resort also offers a beachside caf�, a coffee shop, a lobby bar with live music and an open air bar. Complimentary buffet breakfasts are served daily. The resort also provides a casino, a shopping arcade, a business center and function rooms. High speed wired and wireless Internet access is available for a fee in public areas. The resort is a nonsmoking property. Pets are not permitted in the resort.

Guestrooms. The five story resort s 210 guestrooms offer cable and satellite television with premium channels, wireless Internet access for a fee, safes and desks. Expert Tip. Miramar Beach, seven kilometers from the resort, offers a stretch of soft silver colored sand fringed with palm trees. During the winter months, the beach and its surrounding area attract more than 500 species of migratory birds. The beach also is close to shopping and other sightseeing destinations.
