From Cape Town International Airport (CPT):
Distance to Simons Town Quayside Hotel is 45 kilometres, approximately 50 minutes drive.

Getting there. Hiring a car is the easiest way to reach the Quayside Hotel. Airport transport can be organised by the hotel for a surcharge. Taxis are available from the airports authorised taxi company, Touch Down. Travellers are advised not to use unauthorised taxis. Door to door shuttle buses are available, and can be pre booked at Arrivals.

Getting around. Simons town is easily explored on foot. Trains and buses run throughout the area, but driving is the best way to get around. Taxis are available but can be expensive.

Driving directions. From Cape Town International Airport.
Follow the N2 towards Cape Town and take the M3 turnoff towards Muizenberg.
Follow the M3 south past University of Cape Town and the suburbs of Bishops Court.
The M3 will come to an abrupt end at a two way stop.
Turn left towards Lakeside and Muizenberg and head towards a set of traffic lights forming a T intersection At the intersection, turn right onto the M4, heading towards Muizenberg and Fish Hoek.
Drive past Fish Hoek and continue until reaching Simons Town.
Drive into the centre of Simons Town until finding Jubilee Square on the left hand side.
Simons Town Quayside Hotel is on the left of Jubilee Square.
