Expert Tip. Since the 1870s, Speakers Corner, in the north east corner of Hyde Park, has been a London institution. Karl Marx, George Orwell, and William Morris all exercised their right to free speech here. On Sundays, the railings along Bayswater Road are transformed into an open air art gallery.
