Getting there. Public buses depart from the airport for Piazza Italia (in the city centre) and the train station at 2.40 p.m., 5.50 p.m., and 9.50 p.m. Single tickets cost approximately 2.60 EUR. Getting around. Public buses run throughout the city and suburbs of Perugia, with additional services to locations across the region. Lifts and escalators provide easy access to the historic centres upper levels. Trains link Perugia to Rome, Florence, and Ancona (via Foligno or Terontola).
