Expert Tip. According to legend, the goddess Aphrodite used to bathe in the pools of a natural grotto shaded by a fig tree. The Baths of Aphrodite, as they are now known, can be found 10 kilometres from the hotel.

Driving Directions:
From Paphos Airport (PFO):
Distance to Akamanthea Holiday Village is 65 kilometres, approximately 50 minutes drive.
Getting there. Taxis are available from outside the airport and cost about 20 CYP to Paphos and 70 CYP direct to the Akamanthea. A local bus runs between the airport and central Paphos. The journey time is about 15 25 minutes. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Polis is compact and readily explored on foot. Buses run to the islands other towns, but services are limited. The best way to explore Cyprus is by car or scooter.
Driving directions. On exiting Paphos Airport, turn left and then right at the next T junction.
Take the next left and follow signs towards Paphos.
Travel west along the dual carriageway.
At the first roundabout on the outskirts of Paphos, take the Polis exit and keep following signs for Polis to the B7 road.
After the petrol station, enter Polis and take the first left when the Cyprus Tourist Organisation Information Office is visible on the right.
Follow the road for approx. one kilometre.
Turn right after the Buy Sell estate agency and continue for 300 metres to the hotel.
