Location. The Kazimierzs Secret Apartments are located in Krakow, Poland, in the centre of the former Jewish quarter of Kazimierz with cafes, galleries, and an open air market, and less than 800 metres from the Royal Castle and the Old City Square. The apartments are 1.5 kilometres from Krakow railway station, and 15 kilometres from Krakow Airport.
Hotel Features. Contained within a refurbished 19th century tenement building, the Kazimierzs Secret Apartments with 16th century cellars and a decor of dark woods. There is a microwave in the lobby and medical assistance available. The property is smoke free, except on the terrace.

Downstairs in the same building as Kaziemerzs Secret are Fabryka Pizza, a pizzeria where guests receive a discount, and Moment Caf�, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bicycles can be rented nearby to explore the city, and recreation facilities in the neighbourhood include tennis courts and a playground. The 18 hole golf course at Royal Krakow is 19 kilometres away, in Ochmanow.

Apartments. The 10 suites at Kazimierzs Secret Apartments have one or two bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens with dining areas, washing machines, and irons. All offer cable television, CD players, high speed Internet connections, and phones. Each is individually decorated, with richly coloured furnishings and accessories.

Expert Tip. The Zygmunt Bell inside Wawel Cathedral requires 10 men to ring it, and was allegedly cast from the metal from armours of soldiers defeated by the Poles. Distance to Kazimierzs Secret Apartments is 15 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes drive.

Getting there. Kazimierzs Secret Apartments offers a transfer from airport or the main railway station, 1.5 kilometres away, for around 30 EUR. From the airport, a free shuttle bus is available to the airport train station, which is 200 metres away from the terminal. A train runs every 30 minutes between Krakow Dworzec Glowny station and the airport from 4 a.m. to midnight. Tickets can be paid for on the train, with a single journey costing about 4 PLN and taking about 15 minutes. There are two bus services operating between the airport and Krakow city centre, leaving every 15 25 minutes and costing 3 PLN. Each piece of large luggage must have a separate ticket. All fares should be validated before boarding. Taxis wait outside the terminal and cost around 77 PLN to downtown Krakow and similar to Kazimierzs Secret Apartments. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Rickshaws, horse drawn carriages, and electric carts transport visitors through Krakows historic city centre. Much of the city centre has been pedestrianised, while buses and trams navigate everywhere else. The Miodowa on Tram 13 and Stradom stop on Trams 71 and 79 are close to Kaziemerzs Secret Apartments. A one day travel pass costs 10 PLN; an adult single ticket is 2.50 PLN. A relatively economical way to get around is via taxis, which are plentiful throughout the city. Prices are all subject to change.

Driving directions. From the airport, take the A4/E40.
