From Larnaca International Airport (LCA):
Distance to the Hotel New Helvetia is 120 kilometres, approximately 130 minutes drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport cost around 80 CYP to hotel. Buses 22, 19, and 24 run to Larnaca city centre and intercity buses run between major resorts and the airport. No buses run on Sundays. Price subject to change.
Getting around. A car is advisable for exploring the surrounding area.
Driving directions. From the airport, head to the roundabout and come off in the direction of Lemesos.
Stay on the motorway until reaching Lemesos.
Continue on the motorway, exit for Troodos, and follow signs for Troodos/Platres.
There are two entrances to Platres.
Turn left at the second entrance with the Psilo Dentro restaurant and a Trout Farm on the right hand side.
After approximately 150 metres, come to an uphill road on the right.
Turn right and the hotel will appear after approximately 50 metres.
