Location. The Panas Hotel is located in Spartia, on the Greek island of Kefalonia. It is 50 metres from a sandy beach, and 12 kilometres from Kefalonia port. The airport is seven kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Set in landscaped gardens, the Panas Hotel has a teardrop shaped swimming pool with spectacular views of the sea and hills, and there is also a poolside terrace area. The hotel also has an indoor television lounge and a 24 hour reception desk.
A complimentary continental breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, which also offers lunch and evening meals. There is a bar with outdoor seating on site.
Guestrooms. The 37 air conditioned guestrooms are simply decorated with tiled floors and pine furniture. All lead to balconies or terraces, and amenities include televisions and refrigerators.
Expert Tip. Kefalonia was the setting for Louis de Bernieres novel Captain Corellis Mandolin. The 2001 film, starring Penelope Cruz and Nicolas Cage, was also filmed on the island.
