Getting there. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport train station, which is 200 metres from the terminal. A train runs every 30 minutes between Krakow Dworzec Glowny station and the airport from 4 AM to midnight. Tickets can be bought on the train, with a single journey costing 1 EUR and taking 15 minutes. There are two bus services operating between the airport and Krakow city centre, leaving every 15 25 minutes and costing 0.80 EUR. Bus 192 runs to Cracovia hotel. From there take bus 114 to Grota Roweckiego stop to the hotel. Each piece of large luggage must have a separate ticket. All fares should be validated before boarding. Taxis wait outside the terminal and cost around 20 EUR to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Rickshaws, horse drawn carriages and electric carts transport visitors through Krakows historic city centre. Much of the city centre has been pedestrianised, while buses and trams navigate everywhere else. A one day travel pass costs 2.8 PLN; an adult single ticket is 0.70 EUR. A relatively economical way to get around is via taxis, which are plentiful throughout the city. Prices subject to change.
