Getting there. The Leonardo Express train leaves Fiumicino airport every 30 minutes for Romes central Termini train station. A single ticket costs 9.50 EUR and the journey takes 35 minutes. The Terravision shuttle bus also runs to Termini station. From Termini station, take Underground A towards Battistini and get off at Flaminio, which is a short walk from the hotel. A taxi from the airport to Hotel Centrale should cost around 45 EUR; it is recommended travellers take a licensed metered taxi only. All prices are subject to change.
Getting around. Rome city centre is easily explored on foot. The integrated public transport network consists of buses, trams, metro (underground), and suburban trains. Tickets should be bought before boarding and are available from ATAC ticket machines and all tobacconists.
