Xaman Ha Condominiums is within Playacar, a subdivision of the town of Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport.Xaman Ha Condominiums is in a beachfront two story complex which is divided into three different wings. It features a nice, shared swimming pool which is surrounded by gorgeous green areas and tropical vegetation. A palapa roof and other covered areas are available for your comfort and relaxation. The complex is right on the beach and only 5 minutes away from famous Playa del Carmen Downtown and its boisterous and cosmopolitan 5th Avenue.During holiday and high seasons, maid service is provided 6 times a week, while in summer, it is 3 times a week. Maid service includes bed linens and towels. Parking place is outside the complex.Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

Driving Directions:
From Cancun Airport 33 SE1. Head south on the main Hwy toward Playa/Tulum. 2. Pass through Puerto Morelos and then you will come to signs that read Playa del Carmen. 3. Once you get Playa you need to past 5 lights, on the 6 light you need to turn to the left in your right you will see the Holiday Inn Express resort, go ahead and at the end turn to the left again, toward the entrance of Playacar Phase I that will be on your right side. 4. Across the entrance of Playacar Phase I is Playacar Vacation Rentals office. If you arrive after office hours, please pick up your key and a map of your unit location at the security guard gate in Playacar Fase I.
