From Ljubljana Airport (LJU):
Distance to Hotel Jama is 72 kilometres, approximately 85 minutes drive.
Getting there. Frequent buses run from the airport to central Ljubljana, and single tickets cost 4.20 EUR. Trains connect from here to Postojna train station, which is 500 metres from the hotel. Taxis wait outside the terminal right in front of the building. A taxi to the airport costs approximately 35 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Trains connect with destinations across Slovenia from Postojna train station. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding countryside.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the E61 direction Ljubljana.
Take highway A1 direction Postojna.
Head towards Postojna Jama Grotte Cave.
Turn right at the exit from the motorway.
At the first set of traffic lights, turn right and continue straight.
Turn left at the third set of traffic lights.
Continue straight and follow the signs for Postojna cave and Hotel Jama.
