The same family has owned the Chateau de Garrevaques for some 17 generations. Located in the South of France between Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi, the chateau stands in a fine 14 acres park. In the same property, the former 18th century stables are now home to a modern 3 stars hotel with rooms featuring period furniture and ornaments obtained from throughout the world. Each room is equipped with satellite TV, internet access, DVD and air conditioning. Three rooms have private balconies overlooking outstanding views over the Lauragais Plain and its fields of sunflowers. Another three rooms are designed for wheelchair access. Enjoy lunch on the terrace in summer, candlelit dinner in the intimate surroundings of the arched cellar or prefer teatime near the large fireplace in winter.
