Getting there. The Volabus service runs hourly between the airport and Brignole and Stazione Principe railway stations. Travellers can take the Trenitalia trains from Stazione Principe to Rapallo. Frequent trains run between Genova and the Italian Riviera resorts.
Getting around. Rapallos compact centre can be explored on foot.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the A12 in the direction of Livorno.
Exit for Rapallo and continue straight to the seaside promenade.
Turn left and continue until reaching the medieval castle at the end of the promenade.
