Xanadu is located 3 blocks from Lake Havasu and the beach, and is centrally located to everything. Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils for your convenience.
