Location. The Michelangelo Towers are located in the Sandton area of Johannesburg, South Africa, next door to the Sandton Convention Centre, 18 kilometres from Johannesburg city centre.
Hotel Features. Set amid the shopping and entertainment venues on Nelson Mandela Square, the 33 storey Michelangelo Towers is a classically inspired property crowned by a glass cupola. Driving Directions:
From OR Tambo International Airport (JNB):
Distance to Michelangelo Towers is 33 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes drive.

Getting there. Taxis are available from the airport. Airport accredited vehicles should display the ACSA logo, and the fare should be negotiated before departure. Buses and taxis wait opposite Terminal A. Airport transfers can be arranged through the hotel (surcharge). Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The best way to explore Johannesburg is by car. Buses run to destinations throughout Johannesburg and the surrounding areas. Taxis should be booked in advance.

Driving directions. From the airport, take the R24 to Johannesburg.
At Gilloolys Interchange, take the N3 for Pretoria/ Bryanston (Eastern Bypass) and the Marlboro exit.
At the top of the bridge, turn left into Marlboro Drive.
At the T junction at the end of Marlboro Drive, turn left into Catherine Drive.
Turn right into West Street.
The entrance to Michelangelo Towers is on the left after the first set of traffic lights.
Continue to the next four way intersection and turn left into Maude Street.
