Getting there. Bologna airport is located six kilometres from the central train station. Every 15 minutes, the ATC Aerobus runs to the train station and the city centre. The journey takes 20 minutes and costs 4.50 EUR for a single ticket. Taxis can be found in front of arrivals and cost about 18 EUR to the city centre. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Bologna is mostly pedestrianised and compact, with many sights within walking distance of each other. An efficient bus system serves the city. Driving is not recommended in the city centre, and it can be difficult to find parking.
