Hotel Features. Built in 1848 by Admiral Sir Thomas Paisley as a retirement home, this three storey hotel is located in a magnificent country house surrounded by gardens. The hotel has a lounge bar, there is a room service menu, and complimentary parking is available. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of the Parkland Leisure Centre, one mile from the hotel.
