Location.The Ixian Grand is located on the beach in Ixia, Greece, within six kilometres of Rhodes medieval town and 20 kilometres from the Butterfly Valley. Ixia city centre is within 850 metres, and the airport is seven kilometres away.

Distance to the Ixian Grand is 10 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport cost approximately 12 EUR to Ixia, 14 EUR to Rhodes Town, 16 EUR to Faliraki and Kalithea, and 35 EUR to Lindos and Kolymbia. Regular buses run to Rhodes Town; from here, there are links to most of the islands resorts. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The resorts are best explored on foot or by bicycle, and bicycles are available for hire from the hotel. A good network of buses links destinations across Rhodes. Taxis operate with fixed rates. A car is useful for exploring further afield. Ferries link Rhodes to mainland Turkey and the island of Symi.
