Driving Directions:
Getting there.Taxis are available from outside arrivals and typically cost 20 EUR to the city centre. The CLP official airport coach runs from the airport to Piazza Municipo in the city centre. A single ticket costs 22 EUR. The Alibus shuttle also runs to the city centre every 30 minutes and costs around 3 EUR. Buses are available to the main train station (Piazza Garibaldi), two kilometres from the hotel. The nearest metro station, Piazza Dante, is 500 metres from the hotel. All prices subject to change. The best way to see the centre of Naples is on foot, but Naples is a large city and public transport is recommended for visiting some areas. Naples has an inexpensive, integrated bus, underground (metro) and tram system. A funicular railway scales the hill of the Vomero from stations at Piazza Montesanto, Amadeo and Augusto. Driving in the city centre is chaotic and not recommended for visitors. Trains are available from the central train station to Sorrento and buses go to other resorts along the Amalfi coast. From Naples Port (at the bottom end of Piazza Municipo) ferries and hydrofoils are available to the island of Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Sorrento. A hire car would be useful to explore the region. Car rentals are available online.
Driving directions. From the airport take the Tangenziale highway in the direction of Pozzuoli. Exit at Capodimonte and turn left after 2.5 kilometres at the Archaeological Museum traffic lights. Go straight on to Via Pessina. Turn left for Via Broggia and at the traffic lights turn left. After 100 metres turn right for Vico Santaniello a Caponalpoli, then turn right into Via Luigi de Crecchio and Via San Pietro a Maiella. Turn right for Via S.M di Costantinopoli and continue to the hotel.
