Getting there. Frankfurt airport has two passenger railway stations: the Regional train station and the Fernbahnof long distance station. Both are accessible via a shuttle bus or the faster Sky Line monorail. S Bahn commuter trains (lines S8 and S9) depart for central Frankfurt and the Hauptbahnhof (central station). The hotel is just 500 metres from the central station. Regular buses run to the city centre from outside Terminal 1 Arrivals hall and outside Terminal 2 at Level 2. Taxis wait outside the Arrivals terminals and typically cost 30 EUR to the hotel, subject to change.
Getting around. Frankfurts comprehensive public transport network integrates the citys bus, tram, S Bahn (overground) and U Bahn (underground) lines. Daily or hourly tickets can be purchased at most stops. The centre can be explored on foot and cycling is also popular as most streets have good cycle lanes.
