Driving Directions:
Getting there.The airport is six kilometres from Bologna central train station. The ATC Aerobus runs every 15 minutes to the city centre and train station from 6 AM to 23.45 PM. A single fare costs 4.50 EUR and takes 20 minutes. Bus stop number 25 is right outside the hotel. Taxis are available outside arrivals at both terminals and typically cost 18 EUR to the city centre. All prices subject to change. Much of Bologna is pedestrianised and the centre is fairly compact with most sights within easy walking distance of one another. The city is served by an efficient public transport system; the bus station is situated at Piazza XX Settembre. Bologna train station is situated on the north side of the city centre. There is no real need for a car in the city centre and parking can be tricky.
Driving directions.From the airport take the main motorway towards the city and take exit 7 to Ferrara.
