Location. The Panarea villa is located on the west coast of the small island of Anguilla in the British West Indies, overlooking the Cap Juluca and Altamer resorts. The villa is in the islands West End Village neighborhood, which is home to many of the islands most exclusive vacation properties. Panarea is 900 feet from two white sand beaches at Maundays Bay and Barnes Bay.
Features. Panarea means rugged, which describes the physical characteristics of Anguillas terrain. The property is enclosed by a courtyard wall, providing total privacy. Sweeping sea views and the island of St. Martin are visible from all rooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available. A patio offers a table and chairs, and a barbecue grill for outdoor dining. The villa features an infinity pool with a jet stream, spa tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. A separate fitness pavilion includes a stationary bicycle, elliptical machine and steam room. Cable television, a VCR, home theater, DVD player and a sound system are provided. The villa is staffed by a villa manager, pool caretaker and two gardeners. A private chef, laundry services, a personal trainer and a masseuse are available for a fee. br>
Guestrooms. This open and airy villa features white walls, high ceilings and many large windows. The furnishings offer blue and gold accents. Rooms are cooled with Casablanca ceiling fans and island breezes, and bedrooms offer air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen opens out onto to the living and dining area.
Expert Tip. Maundays Beach, located 900 feet from the villa, is a crescent of white sand accented by the Moorish architecture and variety of palms of the Cap Juluca resort. The beach is excellent for swimming and water sports. The resort offers three restaurants on the beach.
