Getting there. Taxis are available outside the Arrivals building. A taxi is likely to cost between 35 EUR and 45 EUR. The number 66 bus runs to south Gran Canaria and terminates in Maspalomas. Buses are available in Zones A and C outside the airport terminal. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Cheap, reliable buses operate between the resorts and main towns, with frequent services to and from Puerto Rico, Playa del Ingles, Las Palmas and Maspalomas. Metered taxis are available throughout the island. Hiring a car is useful for visiting the surrounding countryside.
