Hotel Features. The Ritz Carlton, Kapalua is located amid the 23,000 acre Kapalua Resort on Mauis western coast. Six on site restaurants and bars include the resorts signature seafood restaurant, The Banyan Tree. Seasonal menus highlight fresh local ingredients.
