Location. The Ekies All Senses Resort is located in Vourvourou, Greece, within 50 metres of the hotels private sandy beach. The hotel is a two kilometre boat ride from the Vourvourou Gulf islands and 10 kilometres from the lively Cretian town of Agios Nikolaos.
Hotel Features. The Ekies resort is a modern property built in terracotta coloured stone overlooking the ocean and pine forests. There is an outdoor pool and a childrens pool, and spa amenities with an outdoor jetted tub and a massage treatment room offering alternative therapies. Other amenities include wireless Internet access, a room service menu, and airport transport (surcharge).
The hotel offers a half board room rate which includes breakfast and dinner. The Ekies main restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, and serves national and regional dishes, and the Koutali Restaurant features views over the ocean and � la carte Mediterranean and fresh fish dishes. The Tree House restaurant is situated in the open air on the private beach, with antique rugs, modern furniture and gourmet dishes. There is also a poolside bar.

Guestrooms. There are 65 guestrooms, built over three floors, have balconies with views of the sea. All are simply decorated using environmentally friendly materials and feature pale walls complimented by blocks of contemporary colour and stripped wooden floors. Amenities include wireless Internet access, satellite television, CD players, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers. Hypo allergenic bedding is available, as well as a choice of pillows and mosquito nets.
Expert Tip. Given the fine sand and quality of the water, the beaches around Vourvourou are worth a visit. If you prefer a bit of privacy while you soak up the rays, head over to Diaporos. The largest of the nine Vourvourou islands, it has some of the most isolated beaches in Halkidiki.

Distance to Ekies All Senses Resort is 100 kilometres, approximately 85 minutes drive.
Getting there. The number 78 bus departs from the airport every hour, and runs to Thessalonikis main train station. Single tickets cost less than 1 EUR. A taxi to the city centre costs about 10 EUR. The bus to Vourvourou takes two hours. The hotel can arrange private transfers by bus to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Thessaloniki city centre is best explored on foot. The city and surrounding areas are served by an extensive bus network. Taxis are readily available and cheap, but traffic can be heavy during rush hour. Trains and buses connect Thessaloniki to Athens and the rest of Greece. There is a local bus service to transport visitors between Vourvourou and other villages and resorts. Taxis are another value for money option.
Driving directions. From the airport drive for 40 kilometres along the national road to Nea Moundania.
Take the road to Sithonia and follow the signs to Nikiti and Sarti.
Pass through Pseudopodia and Metamorphosis until Nikiti.
Continue for 10 kilometres to Sarti and to the Vourvourou crossroads.
Turn left and follow the main Vourvourou road for two kilometres.
Follow signs to the hotel.
