Getting there. A direct train service runs between Pisa Airport and the city centre. Services also run from the airport to Pontedera, Florence, and Empoli. Single tickets cost approximately 1.20 EUR to Pisa, and 5 EUR to Florence. Buses run from outside arrivals. Taxi fare to the hotel is approximately 100 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Forte dei Marmi is easy to explore on foot. Cycling is popular along the coast. Local and regional buses are inexpensive. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
Driving directions. From the airport follow the A12/E80 motorway towards Versilia and follow signs to Forte dei Marmi.
