Location. The Pestana Inhaca Lodge is a beachfront hotel located on Inhaca Island, Mozambique, within 10 kilometres of Portuguese Island and 40 kilometres from Maputo city centre.
Hotel Features. Situated at the entrance to Delagoa Bay, the hotel is surrounded by coconut palm groves and tropical gardens. An outdoor saltwater swimming pool, Internet access, television room and childcare are offered. Complimentary daily transport to and from the Portuguese Island is available to guests.

The Pepela Esplanade Restaurant and Poolside Bar serves a complimentary buffet breakfast and dinner to guests of the Inhaca Lodge. Light snacks and drinks are also available. The BAIA restaurant offers Mozambican, Portuguese and international buffet dishes, which diners can enjoy al fresco. Tropical cocktails and hot and cold drinks are served at the Horizonte bar.

A conference room and business centre are available to business guests of the hotel.

Decorated in bright colours with honey brown wooden furnishings, the 40 air conditioned thatched roof chalets at the Pestana Inhaca Lodge all feature an outdoor seating area with views of the tropical gardens. Driving Directions:
From Maputo International Airport (MPM):
Distance to Pestana Inhaca Lodge is 40 kilometres, approximately a 15 minute flight.

Getting there. Inhaca Island is easily accessible by boat or ferry from the capital of Mozambique, Maputo. It is situated 15 minutes by plane from Maputo, and there are daily flights Maputo/Inhaca/Maputo with Transairways. The transfer from the airport to the Lodge is carried out by the Lodge itself and is free of charge for guests. Boats are also available daily as an alternative mode of transport, and the crossing takes approximately two hours.

Getting around. The island is easy to explore on foot. Daily boat crossings to Maputo are available.
