Getting there. Taxis to the city centre cost approximately 20 EUR. The Alibus shuttle leaves every 30 minutes for Piazza Municipio and Naples central station (Stazione Centrale). Tickets cost 3 EUR. There are buses to Sorrento. Hydrofoils and ferries sail to the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and the islands of Ischia and Capri from Naples Port (at the bottom of Piazza Municipio). Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Palazzo Torre Barbara is on Corso Caulino in Vico Equense. Naples integrated metro, bus and tram system is inexpensive and efficient. The summit of the Vomero hill can be reached by funicular railway. Driving a car is not recommended within the city centre. Trains from Stazione Centrale run to Sorrento and buses connect to many of the Amalfi Coast resorts. A car is recommended for exploring further afield. Complimentary parking is available.

Continue along the SS 145 following, in the direction Penisola Sorrentina.
Pass through three tunnels. At the end of the third tunnel you are in Seiano.
Continue for 2 kilometers. The hotel is on the left.
BY TRAIN:
From Naples Central train station (Piazza Garibaldi): Take the Naples Sorrento train on the local Circumvesuviana line.
Get off at Vico Equense.
At the exit of the train station there is the bus teminal. Take the bus to Montechiaro.
