Overlooking Saint Pauls Bay in Qawra and situated just 500 metres from the Water Sports Centre; the Dolmen Resort Hotel is a modern seaside complex with a white fa�ade. This six storey hotel features 413 air conditioned guestrooms, all of which include light, modern decor and wood furnishings. All rooms offer balconies, cable television, direct dial phones, desks with wireless Internet access, safes, minibars and complimentary bottled water. The hotel has several dining options; Buffet food is served in the bright modern ambience of the Menhir Restaurant, La Sybille offers Mediterranean cuisine with an Italian emphasis and an array of wines in an intimate atmosphere, and if dining alfresco is the order of the day, the Batulaban Restaurants shaded wooden terrace with panoramic views serves barbecued meats and salads. There is English pub style bar, and snacks and grilled foods are also served in Caf� Delos. The hotel has lagoon style swimming pools, with panoramic views, or guests can try their luck in The Oracle Casino which features 12 gaming tables. Children can enjoy sports activities and animation courses at the Kids Club, while adults can enjoy a drink at the poolside bar and a dance until late at the nightclub. The conference centre can cater for up to 1100 delegates, and banquets and social functions can be arranged in the theatre style conference hall. Parking is available for a surcharge. The hotel is well placed for exploring the surrounding area, with bars and restaurants, the Water Sports Centre and the Beach Club all within 500 metres of the hotel, and the city centre, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is located one kilometre away. Malta International Airport is 30 minutes by car, 15 kilometres (nine miles) from the hotel.
