The San Jose Castle Museum of Contemporary Art is 25 kilometres from the resort and El Golfo, a volcanic crater with a lagoon, is 30 kilometres away. Lanzarote Airport is three kilometres from the resort, an approximate driving time of five minutes.

Taxis are available at the airport and depart from taxi ranks next to Arrivals. Efficient bus services connect the main resorts and operate until quite late, although a hire car is recommended for exploring less touristy areas.
