Mondi Holiday Club Mitterfels is a rustic resort located next to the Bavarian Forest National Park, one kilometre from the centre of historic Mitterfels. The 85 self catering guestrooms, studios and apartments feature country cottage decor and open onto balconies or terraces with forest views. Driving Directions:
Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel costs about 150 EUR. The Airport Rapid Transit Trains S1 & S8 run from the airport every 20 minutes (departing every ten minutes) to the main rail station in the city, from where you can catch a train to Straubing station which is 15 kilometres from the hotel.
Driving directions: From the airport take the A29 to Deggendorf, take the Landau exit and follow the B20 to Straubing. Pass Straubing and take the Mitterfels exit, then follow the signs through Mitterfels to Mitterfels Drive. From here follow the signs to the hotel which will lead to the right in the direction of Steinburg.
