The Blue Horizon Hotel is a resort style complex with a private beach, set in lush tropical gardens beside Filerimos Mountain, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The hotel features 150 guestrooms in the main building, and 60 bungalows in the gardens. All are air conditioned and have balconies or private gardens with views of Filerimos Mountain, the hotel gardens, or the Aegean Sea. Guestrooms are decorated in simple blue and white colours with light oak furniture and include satellite television, refrigerators, and safes.
Guests can visit the private beach to take a dip in the Aegean Sea or cool off in the outdoor swimming pool with poolside bar. Plenty of shade can be found beneath the eucalyptus and palm trees in the large, tropical gardens that surround the hotel. Guests can also relax in the massage treatment room or visit the hotel hair salon for some extra pampering. Entertainment events are organised throughout the day and in the evenings to suit a variety of tastes and ages. Children can enjoy the childrens pool, television lounge and playground, and business guests are catered for with a conference room seating up to 70 people. High speed Internet access is available at reception where staff at the 24 hour desk can advise on local sightseeing opportunities. There is a wide choice of outdoor activities. Bicycles and scooters can be rented from the hotel and water sports such as kite surfing, beach volleyball and snorkelling are also available on site. There is a tennis court, and the hotel also has a professional Windsurfing F2 Pro Centre with all the latest boats and sails. For a day out, guests can visit Ialyssos town 500 metres away, or the ancient Greek city of Kamiros 15 kilometres from the hotel. Rhodes Airport is seven kilometres away, approximately 15 minutes by car.

Driving Directions:
Taxis are available from the airport and cost approximately 8 EUR. Buses depart Ialyssos to destinations across the island, and bicycles and scooters are available for hire from the hotel.
From the airport drive along the highway towards Rhodes town with the sea on the left hand side. After the second set of traffic lights at Ialyssos town, turn left to Ialyssos beach, take the first left again and the Hotel Blue Horizon is on this road.
