From Queen Alia International Airport (AMM):
Distance to Kempinski Amman is 45 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes drive.

Getting there. Taxis are available from outside Arrivals. A fare to the hotel is typically 18 JOD and journey time is approximately 45 minutes. Ensure that the meter is switched on when you depart. The hotel can also arrange transfers to and from the airport for a surcharge.

Getting around. Amman is compact and easily negotiated on foot. Taxis are metered and relatively inexpensive. White taxis are the cheapest, but yellow taxis are more plentiful, and slightly more expensive. Government run public buses operate throughout the city centre. Women should be careful when travelling alone. Trains run from Amman to Damascus and Syria twice a week.

Driving directions. From Queen Alia Airport.
Take the airport road north to the seventh circle.
From the seventh circle, continue driving north to the sixth circle and then on to the fifth circle.
Take the Wadi Saqra Road and pass four sets of traffic lights until reaching the Shmeisani area.
Take a left at the fourth traffic light.
At the first traffic light after that, take a right.
Take the first right after that.
Continue straight until reaching the entrance of the hotel.
