Driving Directions:
Egypt has a very good system of public and private transport, including buses, trains and boats, and even camels, donkeys and horses. The Nile Valley, from Alexandria to Aswan, is covered by a rail service, while coaches operate throughout Egypt and are usually reasonably priced, but be prepared for a long journey. Local buses operate between all Egyptian towns.
