Location. Renowned for its crystal clear waters and powder fine beaches, Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands is home to The Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman. This luxury resort spans 144 acres near Stingray City.
Hotel Features. Chef Eric Ripert applies his creative imagination to the seafood and pasta dishes offered at Blue. Silver Palm prepares gourmet sushi and tapas. West Indies spices influences the cuisine at 7, and 7 Prime Cuts & Sunsets offers steaks seasoned with Cayman and international sea salts. More than 13,000 square feet of function space includes a 9,000 square foot ballroom. Silver Rain, a La Prairie Spa incorporates unique Swiss hydrotherapies, anti aging formulas, and treatments collected from ancient cultures around the world. The fitness center offers cardiovascular and strength training equipment, fitness classes, and use of the spa tubs, steam rooms, saunas and two outdoor pools. A challenging nine hole, Greg Norman designed golf course is on the property. Three red clay tennis courts and one grass court were designed by Nick Bollettieri, the coaching guru behind Andre Agassi and Monica Seles. The resorts pontoon boat spirits guests to Stingray City and to snorkeling cruises. Water sport professionals offer complimentary snorkeling lessons. A Tiffany & Co. boutique is located on site.

Guestrooms. This seven story resort offers 365 guestrooms and suites. All feature balconies with ocean or resort views. Beds are dressed with feather duvets, goose down and nonallergenic pillows, and 400 thread count Fili Doro Italian linens. Marble and limestone bathrooms contain separate showers and tubs, makeup/shaving mirrors, dual sink vanities, spa toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Other amenities include CD and DVD players and laptop sized safes. Fully stocked minibars are provided. Wireless Internet access is available.

Expert Tip. The Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman sponsors the Ambassadors of the Environment Program, developed by famed oceanographer Jean Michel Cousteau. Naturalists accompany guests on daytime and nighttime snorkeling adventures to explore the Caymans thriving marine life. Guests may also elect to learn underwater digital photography.
