The Kwa Maritane Bush Lodge is a cluster of thatched, low rise buildings nestling among trees on the site of an ancient volcano in the Pilanesberg National Park. The 90 air conditioned guestrooms feature African inspired decor in rich, warm colours. All are equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones, Internet connections, tea and coffee making facilities, and hair dryers.
Guests can enjoy a number of onsite activities and facilities, including two swimming pools, floodlit tennis courts, outdoor chess, and volleyball, while children are kept entertained at the adventure playground. A 130 metre tunnel links the hotel complex to The Hide, a hidden viewing point offering glimpses of African wildlife at large. The hotel also runs a shuttle service to and from Sun City, three kilometres away, for a fee. Pilanesberg International Airport is 10 kilometres and about a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
