Explorers Hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris, located in Magny Le Hongre, is only an 8 minute, free shuttle ride to the Disney Parks. An alpine style, castle like building with 16th and 17th century exploration provided the inspiration for the hotels interior. Able to accommodate up to 10 people, the 390 guestrooms are designed with families and groups in mind. Following the exploration theme, each is decked out like a ships cabin, with porthole like light fittings and jolly fabrics sporting nautical motifs in strong colors. All have video games consoles, Internet access and cable and satellite TV.
The Explorers Disneyland Resorts wooden Plantation style restaurant, the Capitals library bar, and the secret lagoon with a sunken galleon all aim to keep the Disney adventure alive in Magny Le Hongre, even after the rides have shut down for the day.
The three restaurants, two bars, shops, a 20 meter swimming pool and two video games provide entertainment to guests of all ages. An on site jungle adventure trail tops off the hotels adventure theme.
Explorers Hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris is only a 30 minute drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport. A shuttle bus run between the airport and Disneyland Paris, and the hotel can organize transfers. The resort in Magny Le Hongre is only 30 kilometers from Paris proper. The hotel is non smoking.
