Getting there. Registered taxis wait outside the Arrivals hall and cost about 700 CZK to Hotel Roma. Minibuses depart from outside the Arrivals hall and run to Namesti Republiky square, in the city centre. The single fare is 90 CZK per person. Bus numbers 119 and 254 run to Dejvicka, the airports closest metro station. Journey time is about 30 minutes From here, change to the tram and go to Ujezd station. The journey takes about 20 minutes, and single tickets cost 20 CZK. The hotel offers a transport service for 690 CZK. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Pragues historic centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, as many roads are pedestrianised. There is an efficient and inexpensive public transport system, including trams, buses, metro, and a funicular railway.
