The Hotel Parco San Marco is a resort hotel with a private beach set in 30,000 square metres of sub tropical parkland on the eastern end of Lake Lugano. The 82 guest suites are brightly furnished with modern Italian decor. All are approximately 48 square metres and extend to south facing balconies or terraces with panoramic lake, mountain, and forest views. All suites comprise bedrooms, separate living rooms, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Those wishing to venture out of the resort will find Porlezza Market three kilometres away, and the tourist village of Bellaggio 15 kilometres from the hotel. Milan Malpensa airport is 100 kilometres (62 miles) away, and can be reached in around 90 minutes by car.

Driving Directions:
The airport shuttle bus runs to and from Lugano station, which is 15 kilometres (nine miles) from the hotel. The best way of exploring Cima di Porlezza is on foot or by bicycle, which can be rented near the hotel. Hire cars are recommended for travelling further afield.
When driving from the airport head for highway Dei Laghi and cross the border to Switzerland in Chiasso. Continue until Lugano Nord, drive through Ligano centre in the direction of Gandria St Moritz. In Gandria cross the border into Italy. The Hotel Parco San Marco is approximately 14 kilometres (nine miles) away from Lugano centre, and 500 metres from Cima di Poriezza.
