Both the mini suites and villas offer air conditioning, alarm clock radio, private balconies or decks, cable TV, hairdryer, iron/ ironing board, and direct dial telephone with modem/data port and voicemail. The villas also feature a fully equipped kitchen, so guests can prepare meals at their leisure, as well as separate living and dining areas, and front door parking. The mini suites feature a kitchenette with a coffemaker, microwave, and refrigerator. There is full maid service every third day. Trash and towels provided daily.
