Getting there. ATVO buses run every 30 minutes to Piazzale Roma in the city centre. The journey time is 20 minutes and single tickets cost 3 EUR. The ACTV number 5 bus also goes to Piazzale Roma. The number 15 bus runs between the airport and Venice Mestre train station. At Piazzale Roma, water buses (vaporetto) are available. A free bus service links the airport terminal to the airport jetty; from here, regular Alilaguna boats leave for St Marks Square, 200 metres from the hotel. Single tickets cost 10 EUR. Private water taxis are available, but are typically very expensive. Guests should ask water taxi drivers to stop at Campo Querini Stampalia from where guests cross the bridge to Fondamenta del Remedio. The hotel is at the end of this street. Getting around. The hotel is on Fondamenta del Remedio. Venice is best explored on foot or by public water buses (vaporetto). Three day passes for the public water bus cost 25 EUR and offer unlimited travel. Water taxis and gondolas are also available.
