Location. Located on Canouan Island in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Tamarind Beach Hotel and Yacht Club opened in 1995 and is located on more than one mile of white sand beach, two blocks from town, and two miles from Canouan Airport.
Hotel Features. The Tamarind Beach Hotel and Yacht Club faces the Caribbean and is surrounded by tropical gardens and palm trees. The beach in front of the hotel provides lounge chairs and palm trees for shade. The hotels restaurants, the Palapa Restaruant and the Pirate Cove Bar and Restaurant have thatched roofs and offer open air dining. The Palapa features Italian and Caribbean cuisine. The Pirate Cove Bar and Restaurant features light fare and live music and dancing three times a week. There is an on site casino, full service spa, golf course, and sailing available.
