The Terra Maris is an All Inclusive resort set 30 metres from the beach in the village of Hersonissos, 25 kilometres from Heraklion. Heraklion Airport is 20 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes. This four floor hotel features 146 air conditioned guestrooms decorated in light shades with dark wood furnishings and carpets. All have balconies or terraces and include satellite TV, direct dial phones, safes, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, and free minibars with local wine, spirits, soft drinks and water. Bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Daily fruit baskets are provided and complimentary t shirts offered upon arrival.
The hotel has five pools including childrens pools and a relaxation pool. Sun beds, umbrellas, towels and changing rooms are also available at the private beach. Children can have fun at the mini water park which includes a water slide, mushroom fountain, paddling pool. The mini club offers activities and film screenings; there is also a playground. The health club has a gym, sauna, steam bath, indoor pool and spa tub. Pampering Thalasso spa treatments include lymph massage, body peels and manicures. Each guest is entitled to one complimentary face and back massage as well as one hairstyling session. There are four restaurants, including three � la carte restaurants, five bars and three snack outlets on site. The varied entertainment programme includes Greek dancing, cookery and language lessons, traditional Greek folklore nights and live music. Children have their own mini disco and early supper in the restaurant; babysitting services are available so parents can party in the disco. At the nearby beach pedal boats, canoes and beach volleyball are available free of charge. Other water sports available for a surcharge. Sporty guests can play tennis, mini golf, football and petanque, or hire mountain bikes (complimentary). The Crete Golf Club is a 10 minute drive from the hotel; guests are entitled to one complimentary green fee per room (Transfers, buggies and balls not included).

Please note: Upon arrival each guest will receive a hotel card from reception which guests should keep with them during their stay to receive All Inclusive services. Dress code operates in all the restaurants during evening meals no shorts or sleeveless t shirts. Wellness treatments must be reserved three days in advance. Only one treatment is available in each category per guest. Children under 16 are not permitted in the Pithos Pool. Tennis courts, mountain bikes and the football pitch must be reserved one day in advance. Mountaun bikes are for adults over 16 years of age. Golf green session must be reserved 50 days in advance.
