Distance to Bastion Utrecht is 40 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes drive.
Getting there.A railway station is located under Schiphol Plaza, in the central hall of the terminal. Every 15 minutes a direct train runs to Amsterdam Central Station and Utrecht. Shared Schiphol Travel taxis are outside Arrivals. Cars can seat up to eight people. A private taxi to the Bastion Utrecht will cost approximately 49 EUR. Public buses frequently run from Schiphol to Utrecht and Amsterdam. The express tram from Utrecht Central station takes five minutes to the Westraven stop, opposite the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Utrecht can easily be explored by foot. However, there are convenient bus, tram and metro services running through the city and outside areas. Cycling is also popular.
Driving directions. From Amsterdam follow the A2 in the direction of Utrecht.
Take the A12 for Arnhem.
Take exit 17 Kanaleneiland/Jaarbeurs.
Continue and then take first turn right.
